Lynhurst Baptist Church is a community of faith rooted in the love of Jesus Christ and committed to our neighbors and our wider community.

We believe the Christian life is not about having everything figured out, but about learning to walk with God together.
We seek to follow Jesus with humility, compassion, and faithfulness, trusting that God is always at work in and around us.
Our Story
For generations, Lynhurst Baptist Church has been part of the Indianapolis community, serving as a place of worship, care, and connection.

What We Believe

At Lynhurst, faith is lived out through worship, service, and shared life.

We gather for worship to pray, listen to Scripture, and be formed together. We serve our neighbors through generous food ministries and community outreach. We walk alongside one another through recovery, spiritual formation, and relationships that support healing and growth.

We believe spiritual formation happens slowly through attentiveness, trust, and practice rather than through pressure or performance.
